Common questions

Can I change the menu myself?

Yes, with the “A site you can edit” extra (€290, with the Build + care plan): you edit the menu, prices and hours yourself. Without it, the care plan includes 30 minutes of changes a month: you send the new menu, we put it online.

Do I need TheFork or Deliveroo?

No. These platforms bring visibility in exchange for a commission or subscription set in their terms. Your site can link to them, or take your own bookings and orders with no middleman. Read their terms before you choose.

Do allergens have to be on the website?

Not necessarily. For non-prepacked food, allergen information must be available where the food is sold: in writing, or orally if the conditions set by AFSCA, Belgium’s food safety agency, are met. If you publish allergens online, keep the list up to date. The exact rules are on the AFSCA website.

My hours change often. How do I avoid mistakes?

We put your hours in one place on the site, and show you how to enter special hours on your Google profile. With the care plan, one message is enough: we update the site for you.

How much does a restaurant website cost?

€990 for 5 pages, or €120 a month for 12 months, Google Business Profile included. Online booking or pre-ordering: €180; an extra language: €390. Nothing is paid until you approve the mock-up.
