Privacy policy
What data Danian processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
In short
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising: fonts, images and videos are served by the site itself. Apart from the host’s technical logs (see below), your data is only processed if you write to us.
Data controller
Samuel Vardanian, Rue René Gobert 7, 5140 Ligny (Sombreffe). Contact: hello@danian.be.
The contact form
When you fill in the form, we receive your first name, your email address, your business, the service you are interested in and your message. They are used only to reply to you, prepare a quote and follow up your project.
Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you ask for, then the performance of the contract if you become a client. This data is never sold on, nor used for prospecting without your consent.
Messages are delivered through Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), our processor for receiving them: it forwards your request to our mailbox and keeps a copy in our account, which we delete once handled. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
If you email, phone or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your address or number and your messages, for the same purposes and on the same legal basis. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), which processes these conversations under its own terms.
The forms on the demonstration websites (booking, quote, appointment) send nothing: they only show how the feature would work for a real business.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (hostinger.com). Like any host, it keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for the security and proper operation of the service, for a short period, on servers located in the European Union.
Retention
Exchanges with someone who does not become a client are deleted at the latest three years after the last contact. Documents linked to an order (quotes, invoices) are kept for as long as Belgian accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability where applicable, by writing to hello@danian.be. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
